He has his WTR endorsements, allowing him to operate heavy machinery on roads, and is certified for both forklift and EWP operations. Furthermore, he possesses certifications in working at heights, crane operations, rigger, and dogging. Luan’s wealth of experience, coupled with his certifications, make him a sought-after professional in the construction and mechanical world.
